Podcast Generator Translation

Short Notice (16th november 2009)
I'm going to change the internal code of Podcast Generator in order to better handle the translations (I'm switching to "GETTEXT"): no further translations will be added to the script at the moment. I'll also setup a collaborative web-based tool which will allow everyone to participate to Podcast Generator translation.
